A private 2,200 vara² property (about 1,540 m²) inside the Condominio Residencial Atami.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
It depends on the package. Weekdays and holidays: check-in at 10:00 am and check-out at 9:00 am the next day. Saturday and Sunday: from Saturday 10:00 am to Sunday 6:00 pm. Friday to Sunday: from Friday 5:00 pm to Sunday 6:00 pm.
How do I book?
Pick your dates on the calendar and message us on WhatsApp with the button in the price calculator. We confirm availability and send you the account details. Once the full stay is paid by bank transfer, your dates are reserved.
Do you charge a deposit?
We do not charge a deposit. To reserve the dates, you pay the full price of the stay.
How many people can stay?
The price includes up to 10 guests. From 11 to 16 guests, add $10 per person per day. The house has 3 bedrooms with 8 beds in total.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. We make no exceptions.
What does the house include?
Three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a pool with a wet bar, a barbecue area, a hammock porch with a TV and a ping pong table, WiFi, a garden and parking. We have the basics for a comfortable stay; if you need something special, such as barbecue tools or special bedding, you can bring it.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes. We ask for moderation with alcohol and low music after 10:00 pm.
How close is the beach?
El Palmarcito beach is about 50 meters away: a short stroll and a few steps. We are about 10 minutes from El Tunco, 15 from the port of La Libertad and about 60 from San Salvador.
When do I get the exact location?
Once you confirm your booking, we send the exact location and directions to enter the condominium by WhatsApp.
Is there parking and security?
Yes. The parking area is roomy, with space for four cars or more depending on their size. The condominium has a guarded gate with access control.
Are you also on Airbnb?
Yes. When you book directly on WhatsApp you do not pay the platform fee, so the price is lower.
